These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99x04 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "99x04"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 99x04 website at https://99x04.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, promotions, and payment features made available to users.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 99x04 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where use of the platform is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 99x04 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

To be eligible to register and use the 99x04 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 99x04 operates a strict minimum age policy. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotional offer.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 99x04 or any of its affiliated service providers, game studio partners, or payment processors.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order — either self-imposed through the 99x04 responsible gaming tools or applied by 99x04 following a review of your account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may hold only one active account on the 99x04 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 99x04 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99x04's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account details may be provided only as plain text; 99x04 does not accept contact via any clickable email protocol links.

99x04 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; please refer to the cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your profile.

All deposits are credited to your 99x04 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 99x04 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, particularly during public holidays, Eid, or periods of high network load.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request during standard business hours. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed faster. 99x04 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Funds held in your 99x04 account do not accrue interest. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

From time to time, 99x04 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, and to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "playthrough"). You must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus the qualifying deposit — the specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated on the individual promotion. Bonus balances and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the promotion expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play designed to generate guaranteed profits, or the manipulation of game selection to meet wagering thresholds with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• 99x04 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already accrued under an active promotion are honoured.

All sports bets placed on 99x04 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, rugby, and other markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed by the system, except where 99x04 determines in its sole discretion that the bet was accepted as a result of a manifest error in the odds (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors, mis-stated odds, or technical malfunctions that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed — 99x04 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• For live in-play betting, odds are subject to change in real time based on match developments. A bet is accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets placed during a system lag or communication delay that are subsequently confirmed at outdated odds may be voided at 99x04's discretion.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a result dispute, settlement will be deferred until the official result is confirmed.

Casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. 99x04 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from normal game variance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99x04 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the 99x04 support team or other players via any communication channel.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their express written consent and without satisfying all eligibility requirements for that person.

All content on the 99x04 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "99x04", logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphic design, software code, written text, imagery, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99x04 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content from the 99x04 platform without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with 99x04.

99x04 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, address, payment method details, and identity documents — is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the 99x04 servers is protected using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. 99x04 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x04 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from normal game variance or unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers or game studios.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment network outages, bank holidays, Eid, or other external factors.

99x04's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99x04 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• You are, or appear to be, accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Continuation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.

Upon account closure for cause, any funds credited to your balance as a result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violation will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds (net of any bonus-derived component) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigation.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses, and the wagering requirements will be voided along with the associated bonus balance upon closure.

99x04 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without individual notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 99x04 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between different language versions of these Terms (where applicable), the English version shall prevail.
